Chelsea are reportedly eyeing moves for Napoli's Gonzalo Higuain and Atletico Madrid's Antoine Griezmann as they seek to replace Diego Costa in the January transfer window.
The 27-year-old had an impressive first campaign in the Premier League as he scored 20 goals, helping the Blues win the top-flight crown.
However, Costa has struggled in front of goal this season, netting just twice, while he has also been troubled by injury and disciplinary problems.
As a result, Chelsea are ready to move on from the striker and will attempt to bolster their ranks with swoops for Higuain and Griezmann, reports The Mirror.
Jose Mourinho is also keeping watch on Lyon's Alexandre Lacazette should a move for the duo fail.
Chelsea have endured a torrid start to the season and are currently 16th in the Premier League.
