Chelsea manager Antonio Conte ignores speculation linking Victor Moses with a shock move to Barcelona, insisting that his players are fully focused on the present.

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has insisted that he and his players are fully focused on the present amid speculation linking revitalised wing-back Victor Moses with a shock move to Barcelona.

The Spanish giants are reported to have scouted the Nigeria international this season, with Moses establishing himself as a key player in Conte's 3-4-3 formation that has seen Chelsea climb to the top of the Premier League table.

However, Conte is refusing to look beyond Saturday's Premier League clash with Tottenham Hotspur - a fixture which saw 12 yellow cards in the corresponding meeting last season.

"Now it's important to think in the present. Our behaviour, our attitude, must always be perfect and to think only about the game. It's right to put your passion, but in the right way, not in a bad way. It's important to be always in the right way and to respect your players, the opponents' players, your fans and the other fans," he told reporters.

"They've improved compared to last season with their squad. For this reason, we have to pay great attention. [It is] a tricky game. For this reason I'm pushing my players to be focused. I think they are ready. About Victor, I repeat, it's important to be focused on the present.

"Now we are doing very well. But, for me, I don't want to think that my players see 'so long' [into the future]. We have just started in this league and, after a period, after two bad defeats, we won six games in a row. This is important, now, to continue this. To be focused, to work for the present. Not to look at the future."

Chelsea have won their last six Premier League matches without conceding a goal.
