Torino defender Davide Zappacosta has reportedly arrived in England ahead of a move to Chelsea.
It is understood that Chelsea have agreed a £21m deal with Torino to bring the 25-year-old to Stamford Bridge.
According to Sky Sports News, the four-time Italian international has now arrived in England, and will travel to Chelsea's training ground to undergo a medical before signing a four-year contract with the Premier League champions.
Chelsea had been keen on Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain as head coach Antonio Conte looked for competition at wing-back, but the England international rejected the Blues to join Liverpool.
Conte's side continue to be linked with late moves for Leicester City's Danny Drinkwater and Everton's Ross Barkley, although they are facing a battle against the clock.
