Internacional president Giovanni Luigi has revealed that the Brazilian club have received an "enquiry" for youngster Oscar.
The 20-year-old has been linked with a move to the Premier League, with Tottenham Hotspur seemingly leading the race to sign the playmaker.
London rivals Chelsea have also now reportedly joined the hunt to capture the Brazilian.
Luigi said that the club have yet to receive an offer that they think is worthy of the player's talent.
He told Radio Gaucha: "The proposal wasn't as good as expected. We think Oscar is worth more than €20m (£15.7m).
"It wasn't an offer; it was more like an enquiry. We are only saying that the numbers have to change."
Oscar has been capped six times by his country and will feature in the London Olympics after being selected for their squad.
