Chelsea target Jorginho 'boards flight to London'

Napoli midfielder Jorginho reportedly boards a flight to London at a time when the Italy international is being linked with a transfer to Chelsea.

Napoli midfielder Jorginho has reportedly boarded a flight to London as speculation persists regarding a potential move to Chelsea.

Since the end of the season, Jorginho has been heavily linked with a switch to Manchester City but it has been suggested that Chelsea are looking to bring in the Italy international.

According to CalcioNapoli24, Jorginho has seemingly taken a step nearer a transfer to the Premier League by boarding a flight to London on Wednesday morning.

The reports come at a time when Chelsea are attempting to secure the arrival of Maurizio Sarri, who has worked with Jorginho at Napoli.

Chelsea have not made any signings this summer but the Blues are expected to spend big once they are in a position to confirm their managerial plans for the upcoming campaign.

Jorginho could cost the West Londoners as much as £57.5m.
