Chelsea midfielder Jorginho's agent refuses to rule out a summer exit for his client, who has starred for Italy at Euro 2020.

The agent of Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has refused to rule out a summer exit for his client, who has helped Italy reach Sunday's Euro 2020 final at Wembley.

The 29-year-old was a key player for the Blues during the 2020-21 campaign, scoring eight times in 43 appearances in all competitions, but his contract at Stamford Bridge has less than two years to run.

Joao Santos, who represents the Italian, has said that he is keen to speak to Chelsea over a possible renewal but has suggested that a summer exit is a possibility.

"Proposals for the boy? Today, Jorginho's valuation is around €50m (£42.8m). If a team arrives... Obviously he has made it to many finals," Santos told Radio Marte.

"Did any club call me? Yes, but our first thought is to speak to Marina Granovskaia (Chelsea director) about the renewal. This is certainly a very important moment in his career, he has been waiting for it [Euro final] for 20 years."

Jorginho, who has been linked with a return to Serie A, has scored 17 times and registered four assists in 141 appearances for the Blues since arriving from Napoli in July 2018.
