Juventus, Borussia Dortmund 'to launch bids for Andreas Christensen'

Chelsea defender Andreas Christensen is reportedly a target for Juventus and Borussia Dortmund after falling out of favour at Stamford Bridge.

Andreas Christensen could be on his way out of Chelsea before the transfer window closes as Juventus and Borussia Dortmund are reportedly ready to launch late bids.

The Denmark international has barely been used since Maurizio Sarri arrived last summer, featuring just once in the Premier League all season.

Christensen has otherwise been forced to settle for cup appearances, leading to talk that he is seeking a move away from Stamford Bridge before the summer.

According to The Sun, Juve are after defensive cover after sending Mehdi Benatia to Qatari side Al-Duhail, while Dortmund are also in the market for a centre-back to bolster their Bundesliga title charge.

The Blues are said to only be open to a loan move at this stage, however, which would take a £6m offer from the interested clubs.

Christensen is believed to have angered Sarri earlier this month by leaving the substitutes' bench early during Chelsea's 2-0 loss to Arsenal.
