Juventus could reportedly hand Chelsea the chance to sign Miralem Pjanic this summer providing that Jorginho is allowed to move in the opposite direction.
Pjanic's future in Turin has recently been called into question, and Chelsea are believed to be one of a number of clubs considering a move for the central midfielder.
Jorginho, meanwhile, has long been linked with a return to Italy having largely found it difficult to show his best form for the Blues since following Maurizio Sarri from Napoli to Stamford Bridge.
Sarri is now in charge of Juve, and the experienced manager is allegedly keen to be reunited with Jorginho once again, leading to suggestions of a possible swap deal this summer.
Indeed, according to 7 Gold, the Old Lady would be prepared to offer Pjanic to the Premier League giants if Jorginho was included as part of the deal.
As well as the Juve midfielder, Chelsea are said to be keen on moves for Inter Milan's Lautaro Martinez and AC Milan's Gianluigi Donnarumma ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
