Real Madrid have reportedly plotted a plan to sign Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku, amid continuing speculation surrounding his future at Stamford Bridge.
The Belgian international has scored just five goals in 19 Premier League appearances this season, and did ruffle the feathers at Chelsea with comments earlier in the season about returning to Inter Milan.
Lukaku returned to Stamford Bridge last summer, but it is increasingly looking likely that the 28-year-old will move on again at the end of the campaign, with Inter, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich and Barcelona all reportedly among the interested parties.
Football.london reports that Carlo Ancelotti's side will only make a move for Lukaku if their pursuit of PSG's Kylian Mbappe and Borussia Dortmund's Erling Braut Haaland fail.
After returning to West London ahead of this season for a fee in the region of £97.5m, Lukaku is believed to still be valued around the £90m mark, which could price some interested clubs out of the running.
Across both of his spells with Chelsea, Lukaku has netted 12 times in 49 appearances for the club.
