Tottenham Hotspur have eyed up a move for Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic on a free transfer this summer, according to a report.
As things stand, the Croatian is set to leave the San Siro upon the expiration of his contract in June, with no extension agreed between player and club at this stage.
The 33-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Chelsea as a result, but ESPN are reporting that Spurs are the latest side to register an interest in his services.
Fellow Serie A side Juventus are also said to be in the race for Perisic, but a reunion with Antonio Conte could now be on the cards ahead of the 2022-23 campaign.
The pair worked together at the San Siro as recently as the 2020-21 season, in which Inter lifted their first Scudetto in over 10 years.
I Nerazzurri remain hopeful of convincing Perisic to sign a contract extension, but his reported demands of £100,000 per week on a three-year deal are holding up any potential agreement as things stand.
The winger, who also regularly slots in at wing-back, has featured in 34 Serie A appearances so far this season, scoring seven goals and registering as many assists, ahead of Inter's final game of the season at home to Sampdoria on Sunday.
