Coventry City striker Freddy Eastwood is reportedly willing to rejoin Southend United on a permanent basis at the end of the season.
The 28-year-old has returned to the Shrimpers on loan for the remainder of the season, and is said to be enjoying his second spell with the club, according to The Mirror.
His £10,000-a-week contract with Coventry expires at the end of the season, and there have been no talks as of yet over a new deal.
Eastwood departed Southend for Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2007.
