Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson has revealed that Wilfried Zaha is currently making good progress in his recovery from a knee injury.
At the start of February, Zaha sustained a knock during the early stages of Palace's 1-1 draw with Newcastle United but although the winger completed the match, he has been left sidelined for a number of weeks.
Palace have struggled in his absence, but Hodgson is hopeful that the Ivory Coast international can return at some point during March.
At a press conference, Hodgson told reporters: "He's ahead of schedule. The medical staff are quite surprised by how quickly he's recovered from a serious injury but still a while before he can return.
"Every team is dependent on its star players, especially the ones in those forward areas who are going to create chances, score goals."
Zaha has contributed four goals and one assist in 20 starts in the Premier League this season.
