Everton forward Henry Onyekuru has indicated that he is making progress with his recovery from a knee injury.
During the summer, Everton announced that they had signed the 20-year-old on a long-term deal before allowing the Nigerian to go out on loan to Anderlecht.
Onyekuru netted 10 goals in 28 appearances for the Belgian side before sustaining a serious knee injury in December, but it appears that the attacker has moved closer to a return to action before the end of the campaign.
I am so grateful to be able to be back running and back with the ball at my feet. Its been a journey, Thank you all for your prayers and support! The Lord is truely my strength! 🙏🏾 pic.twitter.com/TrV1EWAL59

Onyekuru is currently spending time at Everton's training ground, with the Toffees medical staff assessing the striker ahead of potentially representing Anderlecht in the coming weeks.
The former Eupen man is contracted to the Premier League side until 2022.
