Everton have been dealt a blow with the news that striker Nikica Jelavic has been ruled out for two weeks, according to reports.
The Croatia international collided with the post during the draw with Newcastle United on Monday, injuring his knee in the process.
Jelavic has been on crutches since leaving Goodison Park after the match but a scan has revealed that no serious damage has been done to the knee, reports the Daily Mail.
David Moyes will now be without his main attacking threat for the fixtures against Swansea City and Leeds United.
