Everton manager Roberto Martinez has praised the consistency of his team ahead of their match against Norwich City at Carrow Road.
The Toffees have suffered just three defeats in all competitions this season, and although the Spaniard is expecting a tough contest against the Canaries on Saturday, he feels that his own side can reach "real strong heights".
The 42-year-old is quoted by BBC Sport as saying: "We are being very consistent, obviously we want to reach perfection. I just feel this team is ready to reach real strong heights.
"We know we are going to be facing a brave team with a lot of energy that can keep the ball really, really well.
"The last game they had at Carrow Road, against Arsenal, was a really good performance."
Everton can move into sixth place in the Premier League table with three points in East Anglia.
