Inter Milan forward Edin Dzeko has reportedly emerged as a summer transfer target for Fenerbahce.
In March, Dzeko turned 37 years of age, yet the legendary Bosnia and Herzegovina frontman is currently enjoying one of most memorable seasons of his career.
The veteran has played a key role in guiding Inter through to Saturday's Champions League final, where they will play one of his former clubs in Manchester City.
Despite the presence of Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku, Dzeko is expected to get the nod in attack having made 10 starts in this year's competition, as well as scoring in the first leg of the semi-final versus AC Milan.
In total, Dzeko has contributed 13 goals in Serie A and the Champions League during 2022-23, keeping him as a top-level frontman ahead of the next transfer window.

As it stands, Dzeko is out of contract at the end of the month, it currently unclear whether the player and Italian giants will reach a positive resolution with any discussions which will take place after Saturday's showpiece in Istanbul.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Dzeko has an offer to stay in Turkey in the long term with Fenerbahce keen to secure his signature.
The report claims that the top-flight runners-up have offered Dzeko the chance to pen a two-year contract at the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium.
Enner Valencia and Michy Batshuayi scored 41 league goals between them this season, yet no other player netted more than four times.

Jorge Jesus has a wide array of talent who can play in the final third, although it is unclear which players will be staying and leaving during the off-season.
If it becomes clear that Dzeko will leave Inter over the coming weeks, the expectation is that he will be provided with a hatful of options to spend the latter stage of his career.
The majority of Dzeko's professional career has been spent in Germany, England and Italy, with the striker plying his trade in Serie A since 2015 having initially starred for Roma.
A reunion with a club where he scored 119 goals across six seasons, in theory, will not be ruled out courtesy of Tammy Abraham having been ruled out until at least the end of the year with a serious knee injury, Roma now needing a replacement via the loan or free agent market.
