France manager Didier Deschamps has called up striker Andre-Pierre Gignac to his latest international squad.
The 27-year-old has been in fine form for Marseille so far at the start of the new Ligue 1 season, having scored in all three of the club's league games.
Despite admitting to having problems with the player during his time in charge of Les Phoceens, Deschamps insists that he has no issues with Gignac now.
"This is a player who has a good efficiency and may have a role to play," he said of the 27-year-old.
"When I was coaching in Marseille, we had some relationship problems.
"After that, several months have passed. We talked again later. This is not something that would have caused me to not select him."
