Getafe 'agree Joel Robles deal'

Getafe agree a deal with Joel Robles to sign the Everton goalkeeper at the end of the season, according to a report.

Getafe have reportedly agreed a deal with Joel Robles to sign the Everton goalkeeper at the end of the season.

Robles, 27, has been with Everton for almost five years, making 65 appearances for the Merseyside club in all competitions.

The Spaniard will be out of contract with the Toffees at the end of the 2017-18 campaign, however, and according to Diario AS, Getafe have agreed to sign the stopper on a free transfer this summer.

The report claims that a number of clubs - including Deportivo La Coruna - were interested in signing the Spaniard, but Getafe have won the race.

Joel represented Getafe for two years during his youth career, before joining Atletico Madrid - where he made seven first-team appearances ahead of a move to Everton in July 2013.
