Hartlepool United's Colin Cooper has been named Sky Bet League Two Manager of the Month for October.
The Victoria Park club won four of their five matches last month, which has seen them recover from a poor start and shoot themselves into 13th place after 15 games.
James Beattie of Accrington Stanley, Dagenham & Redbridge's Wayne Burnett and Burton Albion boss Gary Rowett were also up for the award.
Cooper was appointed Hartlepool manager in May, succeeding John Hughes.
Meanwhile, striker Luke James has won the Player of the Month award after finding the net three times for his club.
