Huddersfield Town manager David Wagner admits to being 'disappointed and frustrated' following his side's 4-1 home defeat at the hands of West Ham United.

David Wagner has confessed that too many of his players had an off day as Huddersfield Town went down 4-1 at home to West Ham United.

The Terriers were unable to live with their opponents in the second half of Saturday's clash at the John Smith's Stadium, taking their tally to seven goals conceded in their last two league games.

Town boss Wagner admits that his side must cut out costly errors if they are to avoid being dragged into the relegation picture, with the gap on the bottom three currently four points.

"It was a disappointing and frustrating afternoon," he told reporters. "We were below-par with too many individuals today. These are mistakes you cannot do in the Premier League if you want to get some points.

"It's obvious what went wrong. It's easy to analyse. We can be totally honest with ourselves that we made mistakes. It's not what you like but sometimes happens. My players are humans and to be totally honest we've had these moments two or three times this season.

"We know exactly what we have to do and this is what we've done in the past. Show the reaction, the character, bounce back and this is what we like to do."

Thirteenth-placed Huddersfield had conceded six in six before facing Leicester City and West Ham.
