Defender Paul Dixon has moved back to former club Dundee United after having his contract terminated at Huddersfield Town.
The cancelling of Dixon's deal was reached by mutual consent, with the 28-year-old struggling to keep a first-team place in front of Town's Jack Robinson.
It is thought that Dixon has signed a two-and-a-hal- year deal at Tannadice Park, with his contract at Huddersfield originally due to expire this summer before it was cancelled.
The defender made 93 appearances for Town after joining the club in 2012.
