Premier League new boys Huddersfield Town are ready to make a move for free agent midfielder Danny Williams, according to a report.
The Terriers are busy strengthening their squad ahead of the new campaign, breaking their club-record transfer fee a couple of times already this summer.
ESPN reports that Town have their eye on United States international Williams, who is without a club after running down his Reading contract.
Williams is said to have been offered a new deal by the Royals but is keen to try his luck in the top flight, with a number of teams circling for his signature.
Huddersfield will first look to get a deal for midfielder Tom Ince over the line, however, having supposedly had a bid of £10m accepted by Derby County.
Aaron Mooy, Jonas Lossl, Laurent Depoitre and Elias Kachunga have all officially joined the newly-promoted club so far this summer.
