Hull City's Steve Bruce, Abel Hernandez win January's Championship awards

Hull City pair Steve Bruce and Abel Hernandez are named the Championship Manager and Player of the Month respectively for January.

The Tigers went top of the table with 11 goals and a maximum 12 points in January under Bruce's leadership.

Hernandez is second in the Championship scoring charts behind Burnley's Andre Gray and was on fire last month.

The Uruguayan scored six goals in four games, including a hat-trick in the 6-0 thrashing of Charlton Athletic.
