Antonio Conte says that he is flattered by comparisons with the great Juventus managers of the past.

Juventus coach Antonio Conte has revealed his pride at being compared to greats such as Marcelo Lippi and Fabio Capello.

The 42-year-old has guided the Bianconeri to the top of the table in his first season in charge and has yet to taste defeat in the Serie A.

Juventus currently hold a three-point lead over reigning champions AC Milan with just five games remaining.

Conte said that his players have put themselves in a great position to become the first undefeated winners of the Italian title.

"Being spoken about in the same breath as the likes of [Fulvio] Bernardini, [Fabio] Capello and [Marcello] Lippi fills me with pride," said Conte. "But it's the players who go out and get results, and if they achieve an important triumph then we'll go down in history. In the end there's only one thing that counts - winning.

"Today we're being hailed in all the newspapers, which is right considering what we've done. However, this can't change our attitude. We must always remember what has brought us to enjoy such an extraordinary campaign: humility, sacrifice, work and playing as a team unit."

Juventus travel to Siena tonight, while Milan entertain Genoa.
