Sports Mole looks how at Leicester City could line up for Sunday afternoon's match against Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League.

Leicester City are prepared to be without the talents of Facundo Buonanotte for the Premier League contest with Brighton & Hove Albion at the King Power Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The 19-year-old has made an excellent start to the campaign for the Foxes, providing six goal contributions in the top flight, but the attacker will be unavailable as his parent club come to the East Midlands.

As a result, new head coach Ruud van Nistelrooy will need to introduce a new face into the Leicester front four, with Jordan Ayew and Stephy Mavididi fighting to join Bilal El Khannouss and Kasey McAteer behind club legend Jamie Vardy.

Favouring a safety-first approach in midfield, the Dutch boss partnered Boubakary Soumare and Wilfred Ndidi as the engine-room pairing during the 3-1 success over West Ham United, and we expect the same partnership this weekend.

A stalwart in defence under the stewardship of Enzo Maresca and Steve Cooper over the past 13 months, Wout Faes was dropped by Van Nistelrooy in favour of Conor Coady, who looks set for a run in the XI alongside Jannik Vestergaard.

Harry Winks remains sidelined with a muscle injury, although it is unclear whether the former England international will waltz back into the side on his return under new management.

James Justin and Victor Kristiansen are almost certain to continue on the flanks of the backline amid the continued absence of Ricardo Pereira, who faces months on the sidelines because of a hamstring issue.

Leicester City possible starting lineup: Hermansen; Justin, Coady, Vestergaard, Kristiansen; Ndidi, Soumare; McAteer, El Khannouss, Mavididi; Vardy
