Jordan Henderson cautious despite Liverpool victory

Jordan Henderson claims that Liverpool still have areas to improve on following their 4-3 victory against Swansea City.

Jordan Henderson has insisted that Liverpool still have areas to improve on following their 4-3 win over Swansea City in the Premier League.

Henderson and Daniel Sturridge scored two goals each at Anfield on Sunday as the Reds kept their title hopes alive.

"We started well and got an early goal and got the second and we needed to see the game out from there," the midfielder is quoted as saying by BBC Sport.

"There are a lot of positives to take out of the game but things that need to be addressed and we'll do that during the week.

"We've got to stay very focused on what we want to do as a team. I'm sure the fans are dreaming like us but we have to take each game as it comes but there's a long way to go and we have to keep digging in and performing."

Liverpool continue their Premier League campaign on Saturday with a trip to Southampton.
