Atletico Madrid defender Filipe Luis has said that Liverpool playmaker Philippe Coutinho would be well suited to the Spanish club.
Reports over a possible Anfield exit for Coutinho have gathered pace in recent days, with European giants Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain rumoured to be among the clubs interested in the 23-year-old.
However, Luis appears to have thrown Atletico's hat into the ring too after speaking with Coutinho on international duty with Brazil at the Copa America.
"Coutinho is amazing and can make the difference. We discussed that he can play for top Champions League sides," he is quoted as saying by Esporte Interativo.
"Coutinho asked me how it feels to play a Champions League final. He would be welcomed at Atlético Madrid, he has the quality.
"In the locker room, our relationship is excellent. On pitch, we like to exchange passes. He's a joy."
Meanwhile, Coutinho has denied any knowledge of a bid from PSG this summer.
