Liverpool are reportedly considering an offer for Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Thorgan Hazard.

Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Thorgan Hazard has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Liverpool.

Jurgen Klopp is well stocked for options in the final third, but it appears that the German could be tempted into trying to attract Hazard to Anfield.

According to Liga Financial, Liverpool may be willing to meet the £26m release clause which is said to be in the contract of the Belgium international.

Thorgan - the brother of Chelsea's Eden Hazard - also has just over 18 months remaining on his contract, and that is likely to lead to strong interest in the playmaker.

Hazard has enjoyed a terrific first half of the season in the Bundesliga, with eight goals and six assists coming from 14 appearances.
