Atletico Madrid are reportedly considering whether to launch an approach for Borussia Monchengladbach winger Thorgan Hazard.

Borussia Monchengladbach winger Thorgan Hazard has reportedly emerged as a potential transfer target for Atletico Madrid.

Hazard - the brother of Chelsea's Eden - has spent the last four years at Monchengladbach, with 38 goals coming from 155 appearances in all competitions.

However, the 25-year-old has frequently been linked with a move to a bigger club, and according to Bild, Atletico could be prepared to make an offer in the summer.

Diego Simeone is well stocked for options in the final third at the Wanda Metropolitano, but the Belgium international could be available for a cut-price fee with just over 18 months remaining on his contract.

A switch to Spain's capital may hold further appeal to Hazard should Eden sign for Real Madrid at the end of the season.
