Liverpool will reportedly have to pay £80m if they want to sign Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic this summer.
Jurgen Klopp is in the market for a new central midfielder after Georginio Wijnaldum opted to leave for Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer.
The name of Milinkovic-Savic has been mentioned as a potential replacement with the 26-year-old consistently impressing in Serie A.
However, according to Calciomercato, Lazio will demand £80m if Liverpool make an official approach for the Serbia international.
Having already signed Ibrahima Konate for £40m, the Merseyside giants would need to sell a number of fringe players to facilitate a move for Milinkovic-Savic.
Nevertheless, missing out on Champions League football could potentially result in Lazio lowering their asking price later in the transfer window.
