Neto 'decides to leave Fiorentina next summer'

Fiorentina are expected to lose first-choice goalkeeper Neto on a free transfer at the end of the season after the reported Liverpool target turned down a new contract.

Neto is expected to leave Fiorentina on a free transfer in the summer after turning down their latest contract offer.

The Brazilian's current deal with the Viola expires at the end of the season and he has recently rejected a three-year extension.

Liverpool have been touted with an interest in the 25-year-old as they look for a new number one to replace Simon Mignolet.

Italian giants Roma have also been linked with a move for Neto, but are currently focusing their attention on trying to lure Petr Cech from Chelsea.

Neto has made 59 Serie A starts for Fiorentina since joining from Atletico Paranaense in 2011, but is yet to be capped at international level.
