Liverpool-linked pair Aster Vranckx and Jeremy Doku could be snapped up for a cheaper sum at the end of the season, according to agent Cheikh Fall.
The duo ply their trade in the top tier of Belgian football and both caught the eye before the division was brought to an early finish by the coronavirus pandemic.
Young and pacy winger Doku is highly rated by Anderlecht, who have a history of bringing through top-class talent, while Mechelen are understandably reluctant to let Vranckx leave.
However, Fall has suggested that the valuation of both players is set to drop as a result of COVID-19, which may force teams from smaller nations to cash in on players.
"You have talents like Aster Vranckx and Jeremy Doku, who are already a fixed value at their clubs," he told Voetbal Nieuws. "They will be cheaper due to the current situation in football."
Doku's father recently revealed that the Anderlecht teenager previously turned down a move to Liverpool to further his career in Belgium.
