Report: Bayern Munich consider move for Liverpool's Raheem Sterling

Bayern Munich reportedly see Liverpool star Raheem Sterling as a transfer option should they fail to sign Borussia Dortmund's Marco Reus.

Bayern Munich will reportedly launch a bid for Liverpool star Raheem Sterling if they fail in their pursuit of Borussia Dortmund's Marco Reus.

Doubts have been raised over Sterling's future at Anfield as he is yet to sign a new contract believed to be worth around £70,000 a week.

According to Bild, Bayern manager Pep Guardiola has told his brother Pere, who works as Luis Suarez's agent, to open talks with Sterling as he is beginning to lose patience with Reus, who is said to have doubts about switching to the Allianz Arena.

Sterling, who turned 20 last week, is believed to have also attracted interest from Real Madrid.
