Liverpool attacker Sadio Mane is reportedly holding out for a Mohamed Salah-style contract to extend his stay on Merseyside.
The Senegal international is facing an uncertain future at Anfield, with his existing deal due to expire at the end of the 2022-23 season alongside Salah's.
Mane's counterpart is allegedly pushing for Liverpool to break the bank with a new £300k-a-week deal, and the former Southampton man is thought to be after an equally lucrative contract.
According to Goal, Mane is keen to remain on the red half of Merseyside, but he is waiting for a contract offer which would reflect his 'years of stellar service' to the Reds.
The report adds that Mane would expect a salary similar to that of Salah's to continue his Liverpool stint, but Jurgen Klopp's side are being linked with the likes of Jeremy Doku and Arnaut Danjuma should both men ultimately seek pastures new.
Mane boasts nine goals from 16 appearances in all tournaments this season, including the opener in Saturday's 4-0 demolition of Arsenal.
