Tottenham Hotspur are expected to announce the signing of Hoffenheim midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson tomorrow.
The 22-year-old Icelandic international, who scored seven Premier League goals in 18 appearances during a loan spell at Swansea City last season, has been at the centre of a two-way tug of war between Spurs and Liverpool recently.
Spurs have now won the race for Sigurdsson's services and he will be unveiled as Andre Villas-Boas's first signing tomorrow, according to Sky Sports News.
Sigurdsson has been capped nine times at senior international level, scoring once.
