Andy Carroll has reportedly delayed signing a permanent contract with West Ham United due to a wage cut that he will have to take if he leaves Liverpool.
Reports emerged last night claiming that the two parties had agreed a fee close to £15m, but Carroll is yet to make a final decision on his future.
It is believed that the 24-year-old has not jumped at the offer of dropping to around £65,000 a week at Upton Park from his current £85,000 weekly wage packet, according to Cheshire Today.
Reports have claimed that Carroll's representatives are attempting to negotiate terms at the club where he netted seven goals in 24 appearances this season.
