Paris Saint-Germain's Angel di Maria fit to face Manchester City

Paris Saint-Germain's Angel di Maria shakes off a muscular problem to be included in the squad to face Manchester City.

Angel di Maria has been passed fit to start for Paris Saint-Germain against Manchester City in the Champions League tomorrow night.

The ex-Manchester United playmaker returned from the recent international break with a slight muscle strain that ruled him out of the weekend's game versus Nice.

However, head coach Laurent Blanc revealed to reporters this afternoon that the Argentine is available for the encounter at the Parc des Princes.

Midfielders Marco Verratti and Javier Pastore are injured, though, which means that Thiago Motta is likely to play in the holding role.
