John Ruddy has hailed the quality shown in recent months by fellow England goalkeeper Joe Hart.
Having been dropped for part of last term by Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini, Three Lions number one Hart is considered to have been one of the Premier League's best keepers so far this season.
When asked by Sky Sports News about Hart's ability, Norwich stopper Ruddy said: "I don't think anyone has come close in the last five years to being as good as him.
"He had a struggle last season and went through a dip form, but it shows what great character he has got and his mentality that he has come back even better than he was.
"He's got everything about him. He's a top, top keeper and I can't see anyone stripping him any time soon."
Hart kept a clean sheet in City's 1-0 victory away at Leicester City on Saturday.
