Roberto Mancini: We need to get better to sustain success

Roberto Mancini is already targeting future success for Manchester City but insists that the Premier League champions need to "improve".

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini believes that his Premier League winning side need to get better in order to have a "big future".

The blue half of Manchester picked up their first title in 44 years after a dramatic last-gasp 3-2 win over Queens Park Rangers at the Etihad Stadium last night.

"I hope [this is just the beginning for Man City]," Mancini told talkSPORT. "We started last year with the FA Cup and this year we won the Premier League.

"I am very proud because we have already improved upon last year. I think that Man City will have a big future but at the same time we need to improve as a team."

Mancini's side are due to parade the coveted trophy along the streets of Manchester in an open top bus this evening.
