Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri waits to learn the seriousness of his injury after he breaks a bone in his hand during international duty.

Samir Nasri suffered a broken bone in his hand during the Euro 2012 qualifier between France and Romania yesterday.

The 24-year-old, who made the switch to Manchester City from Arsenal this summer, will learn the extent of the injury when he returns to the North West today, according to The Guardian.

It is believed that the Frenchman broke a finger during the match in Bucharest, which finished in a 0-0 stalemate.

Manchester City have yet to confirm the status of the midfielder’s injury and it is unclear whether he will be available for selection against Wigan Athletic at the Etihad Stadium this weekend.
