Yaya Toure talks up "key" second goal

Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure talks up the magnitude of his goal in their 3-2 win against Swansea City.

Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure has hailed the importance of his goal as they beat Swansea City 3-2 at the Liberty Stadium.

The Ivorian scored on 58 minutes with a powerful effort to give his side a 2-1 lead, and the former Barcelona man talked up the magnitude of the strike.

"I think it was a key goal for us," he told Sky Sports News.

"I should have scored a goal earlier but [my goal] was a key one for us. Swansea are a good side, but we deserved the win today.

"Of course [Aleksandar Kolarov's] goal was a team movement [to make it 3-1], and he has taken the ball 50 yards so it was it unbelievable. It was a fantastic goal as well. It was amazing."

The win took Manuel Pellegrini's side to the top of the Premier League.
