James Milner picks up an injury in the warm-up at West Ham meaning that Gareth Barry gets a starting berth for Manchester City.

James Milner picked up a hamstring injury in Manchester City's warm-up at West Ham United this afternoon and has been replaced by Gareth Barry in Roberto Mancini's starting lineup.

Mancini has tinkered with his lineup and plays three centre-backs in Kolo Toure, Vincent Kompany and Matija Nastisic as well as three frontmen - Carlos Tevez, Edin Dzeko and Mario Balotelli.

Andy Carroll leads the line for the home side and he'll be supported by the trio of Yossi Benayoun, Kevin Nolan and Matt Jarvis.

West Ham: Jaaskelainen; O'Brien, Collins, Reid, McCartney; Diame, Noble; Benayoun, Nolan, Jarvis; Carroll

City: Hart; K Toure, Kompany, Nastasic, Clichy; Barry, Yaya; Nasri, Tevez, Balotelli; Dzeko
