Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez would prefer to join AC Milan instead of local rivals Inter, according to his agent.
AC have been in negotiations with City officials for a number of weeks regarding the transfer of the Argentine.
However, as yet no agreement has been reached and Inter are reportedly looking to take advantage of the uncertainty by submitting an offer for the 27-year-old.
Tevez, though, has set his sights on partnering Zlatan Ibrahimovic up front for the Rossoneri.
"Carlos told me that he wants to play with Ibrahimovic at AC Milan," agent Kia Joorabchian told Sportmediaset.it.
City boss Roberto Mancini recently revealed that he expected a deal to completed for Tevez by the end of the week.
