Manchester City midfielder Brahim Diaz has reportedly agreed a deal worth £60,000 per week with Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The 19-year-old is out of contract this summer and is understood to have grown frustrated with his lack of first-team opportunities at the Etihad Stadium.
City are eager to tie Diaz down to a long-term contract extension, but the Manchester Evening News reports that he has now decided to join Madrid when his current deal expires.
The Spain Under-21 international has not been included in a single Premier League matchday squad so far this season and wants the chance to play more regular senior football.
Diaz is thought to have agreed terms on a £60,000-per-week contract at the Bernabeu after receiving assurances from Madrid officials that he will be part of manager Santiago Solari's plans.
The player has made 14 senior appearances for Man City, scoring two goals.
