Inter Milan have revealed that they have a first refusal on Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli.
The 22-year-old joined the Premier League champions from Inter in the summer of 2010.
"It's true, Inter have a first-refusal right for Mario Balotelli," sporting director Piero Ausilio told Panorama.
"We will decide to exercise it if City choose to sell him. Mario can play alongside any attacker."
Inter's Italian rivals AC Milan have ruled themselves out of any bid for Balotelli, club president Silvio Berlusconi claiming that he is a "rotten apple".
