Manchester City will reportedly hold contract talks with Kevin De Bruyne at the end of the season after he hinted that he could consider his future this summer.

Kevin De Bruyne will reportedly hold talks over his Manchester City future at the end of the season following suggestions that he could leave the club this summer.

De Bruyne cast doubt over his long-term future at the club this weekend when he refused to rule out the possibility of leaving should Man City's two-year ban from European competition be upheld.

However, the 28-year-old insisted that the club are certain they will win their appeal against UEFA's ruling and is understood to be happy to extend his stay should Champions League football be available at the Etihad Stadium.

The Daily Mail reports that Man City will sit down with the Premier League's leading assist provider when the protracted 2019-20 campaign is over in an attempt to agree terms over a new deal.

De Bruyne's current contract does not expire until 2023, while he is already the second highest-paid player in the division.

The Belgian joined Man City from Wolfsburg in 2015 and has since scored 50 goals and provided 86 assists in 209 games for the club.
