Manchester City will reportedly lodge a £32m bid for Borussia Dortmund midfielder Marco Reus within the next 10 days.

Manchester City will reportedly try to prise midfielder Marco Reus from Borussia Dortmund's clutches with a £32m bid before the end of the season.

City manager Roberto Mancini recently claimed that the club need to be quick in securing their transfer targets this summer.

The former Premier League champions will try to test Dortmund's resolve with a big-money bid for Reus, who is said to be happy to remain at the Bundesliga club, according to Goal.com.

Reports have claimed that City are willing double the player's £60,000-a-week wages in an offer, which is expected to be lodged to the German outfit within the next 10 days.

It has also been reported that Dortmund will try to keep hold of Reus following Mario Gotze's decision to join Bayern Munich and the likelihood of striker Robert Lewandowski's departure this summer.
