Manchester City have reportedly decided that they are willing to make one final contract offer to Brahim Diaz.
The playmaker has progressed through the academy setup at City and is regarded as a fringe member of Pep Guardiola's squad, but the 19-year-old has so far opted against penning a new deal at the Etihad Stadium.
Diaz has been restricted to rare outings in cup competitions, and it has resulted in the youngster becoming tempted by a switch to Real Madrid.
However, according to The Sun, City are prepared to make one last attempt to keep Diaz at the club by offering the prospect a contract worth £25,000 per week.
That would represent a significant pay-rise for Diaz, although the player may only be swayed into extending his stay at the Premier League side with a guarantee of regular action.
Diaz has only featured in the Community Shield and two EFL Cup ties during the current campaign.
