Manchester City winger Patrick Roberts is reportedly likely to sign for Troyes before the end of the summer transfer window.
In a six-year stay at the Etihad Stadium, Roberts has made just three appearances for City, instead spending loan periods at five different clubs.
The 24-year-old made 15 appearances at Derby County during the second half of last season, putting him on the radar of other EFL clubs ahead of deadline day.
However, despite interest from Blackburn Rovers, Bournemouth, Swansea City and Stoke City, Sky Sports News suggests that the playmaker is expected to move to France.
Troyes, who earned promotion to Ligue 1 last season and are City's sister club, have seemingly agreed terms regarding a transfer.
Basel are also said to be monitoring the situation, aware that Roberts has less than a year remaining on his contract.
