West Ham United have reportedly been offered the chance to sign Borussia Dortmund attacker Marco Reus this summer.
The 34-year-old has earned legendary status with Dortmund having made a total of 415 appearances in all competitions during his 12-year stay at the club.
Reus has recorded 167 goals and 128 assists during this period and has also won four trophies, including two DFB-Pokals.
The BVB captain remains a key first-team player for the German outfit, contributing with six goals and seven assists in 21 starts and seven substitute outings so far this season.
However, Reus is widely expected to leave Dortmund when his contract expires at the end of the season and has been linked with a number of clubs ahead of the summer transfer window.

A potential return to Borussia Monchengladbach, where he spent three years of his career before joining BVB, has been mooted, while clubs in MLS as well as Turkish giants Trabzonspor have also been credited with an interest.
However, according to Football Insider, Reus's services has been offered to Premier League clubs including West Ham.
The report adds that the Hammers are in the market for attacking reinforcements as they are expected to lose one of Lucas Paqueta, Jarrod Bowen or Mohammed Kudus in the summer.
Kudus is thought to be the most likely to stay at the London Stadium having only joined the club last summer from Ajax, while West Ham would only entertain substantial offers for star man Bowen, who signed a new seven-year contract at the club in October last year.

However, speculation over the future of Paqueta has been rife for a number of months amid reported interest from Premier League champions Manchester City.
It is understood that West Ham are unlikely to resist suitable offers for the Brazil international, although Man City could be forced to fork out a figure in the region of £80m.
Paqueta has established himself as a key player for West Ham since joining from Lyon for a club-record £51m in August 2022, scoring 10 goals and registering 13 assists in 70 appearances.
The 26-year-old, who helped the Hammers with the Europa Conference League last season, has chipped in with five goals and six assists in 29 games so far this term and is under contract at the London Stadium until June 2027.
